Goal:

Develop an integrated, hybrid transportation model to serve the needs of a rural population in Robeson County North Carolina.

Strategy 1

Revamp SEATS Program to increase number of unduplicated passengers. 

 Strategy 2

Refine existing medical transportation models to target passengers with unique needs (i.e., mental or physical health disabilities) to increase unduplicated passengers and decrease no show rates.

Strategy 3

Implement an On-Demand Service.

Strategy 4

Develop and launch an Application/Website where all three forms of service can be accessed and scheduled/and or referred as necessary.

Strategy 5

Explore projects for decreasing the need for the use of transportation.

Strategy 6

Identify and collect data related to transportation efforts and overall systems impact.
